Our first pack night was full of surprises as the Scout Master and his posse put the word out that a new Cub Scout was "wanted" by the troop. They went to great lengths to welcome Kayden into the group and what fun it was to see him have a great time.
They even branded him a scout (with corn starch and water) and we had such a great time.
Kayden already earned his Wolf Badge and went through the painting of the face, which is customary in this pack when a major advancement happens. It was such fun to make commitments with Kayden that as a family we will help him grow in his scouting journey. Proud mom and dad today!
