Memorial Day Bugs . . . I mean bliss!

No it was really more like bugs . . . I can't lie and say it was a fantastic place to stay but at least we weren't at home! The view out of the motorhome was beautiful as we viewed the mountains (full of snow which is weird) and Utah Lake. Lincoln beach is about 15 minutes from our house and an easy place to park for a couple of days when you want to get away from the phone. Memorial Day was unusually cold and cloudy this year but fun nevertheless.
We had the pleasure of staying with great friends the Wittusens. They live around the block and have just become more like family than anything else! Here's Andy in his pride and joy speed demon!. Andy is the coolest guy you'll ever meet!

Kayden Turns 8

And Chuck-E-Cheese was the place to celebrate it all! Fun was had by all at the best place on earth (according to 8 year olds) and it was fun to spend time with little kids who still behave at boy/girl parties!

One thing I didn't know is how much grown up's could love that place too. Todd spent all day racing cars with Jordyn . . . so that's where all my tokens went!!

Happy Birthday to me

What an awesome way to spend my birthday. Another special family meeting with my kiddos and wonderful husband. I'm blessed to have such wonderful people in my life.
